Unfortunately we only have 315 members in the Table Tennis club and it is hard to tell everyone the news for the club. Is that why we all need to join this forum? or is there some other purpose?

We have this forum because last year everyone got mixed up on which group was suppose to come on what day so this is the solution. Plus suggestions are nice too.

Our club definitely has enough members to start a forum if everyone joined. Our number of members is the size of a small school.
